Info Meme of the Week: Nothing to See Here? (Podesta Edition)

Editor’s note: oh dear god, I have had the week from hell and I honestly don’t have the heart or energy to go through it all right now; I’m still taking care of a sick cat (who is gamely refusing to die and is actually improving, although that probably won’t last forever) and everything else about my life is still a mess. I can however happily report that I’ve finally gotten over the flu and a recent doctor’s visit ensures that I’m not actually dying – it just feels like it; thank you for your understanding and with any luck this will be the final delay for several months. I assume God was just testing my patience.

Otherwise, in the time that I’ve been away from this site the entire western world has gone even more insane than it was before I left as Democrat and Republican alike have begun marginalizing Wikileaks and threatening founder Julian Assange in preparation for what now seems like an unavoidable (as long as Clinton is elected, and she will be) conflict with Russia in/over Syria. We’ve also found out that Donald Trump is almost certainly a rapist (or at least a molester) that the media *is* directly colluding with the Clinton campaign to get Hillary elected and that President Obama was more than just “aware” of the Clinton private server – he was using it under an alias! Oh, and lest I forget; we started bombing Yemen which to my understanding brings the current count of nations being bombed by our Nobel Peace Prize winning President to a mindfuckingly terrifying seven countries.

Does that number surprise you? Are you finding yourself thinking “wait a minute, if Bush was bombing seven countries at once the media would have lost its fucking mind, what gives?” Perhaps the answer to that question can be found in today’s Info Meme of the Week; a weekly feature where we a look at one issue or scandal largely being misreported in the media in the form of a single, easy-to-share meme that’s backed up by a few verifiable sources underneath the photo. In this week’s Info Meme we take a look at the spiraling John Podesta email scandal threatening to engulf the Clinton presidency before it even begins with a special eye towards explaining precisely why neoliberal media is barely reporting the earth shattering revelations found inside these emails:

As always, please feel free to share this meme anywhere you’d like and if you can find it in the goodness of your heart to point people you share with towards this site so they can check out the sources; I would be eternally grateful.

All I can say is, we’re clearly on our own my friends – the media joined the political class for breadcrumbs a long time ago; give em hell because it’s far, far too late to keep them honest.
