The good news here is that this time I’ve got a heavily-sourced, full essay length post about (neo)liberal media f*ckery to share with you – let’s get cracking.
A Bit Late My Dude
The Biden cabinet screw-job against the progressive wing of the Democratic Party has begun and someone has mobilized a bunch braying Biden boosters in the mainstream media to defend Palooka Joe’s picks by whatever means necessary. Can Joe Biden and his media muppets simply fake it till they make it over the objections of progressives again?
Perhaps, but all is not well in Bartertown as rumors of Rahm Emanuel’s possible return to government have proved a bridge too far for even ardent party propagandists like Rolling Stone’s Jamil Smith, who argues that choosing the guy who covered up Laquan McDonald’s murder would be a profound insult to African American voters who overwhelmingly backed Biden in 2020. He’s right of course, but the funny thing about selling your soul to the devil is that once you’ve done it, nobody wants to hear you b*tching about the heat.
